Zeerust Solar is 100% South African-owned by Old Mutual Ideas Managed Fund, African Rainbow Energy and Power, Reatile Group, Phakwe Solar and the Cicada Community Trust. This plant forms part of the REIPPP Bid Window 4. Based in the North West province, the 75MW solar photovoltaic plant achieved commercial operation on the 1st of January 2021.
