EGOLI GAS

In 2009, Reatile Energy acquired a strategic equity stake in Egoli Gas and in May 2013 acquired 100% of the business. Egoli Gas is the exclusive licensed reticulator of natural gas through an underground pipeline network covering 1,200 km within the Greater Johannesburg Metropolitan area. The current customer base consists of:

> 7,500 traditional customers in domestic, multi-dwelling, central water, commercial/hospitality and industrial sectors.
6 major customers (currently generating 50% of volume) in power generation and gas on-sale operations.
